If you are reading this blog you probably know me.
If not, my name is Micah. I just finished my MS in biochemistry at the University of Idaho and am currently living in Oregon. I am originally from Alaska which allows me to always say “this isn’t real cold”.
I have a very wide and eclectic mixture of interests. So far this has done very little for me in terms of employment or education, but I am always a hit at parties. I love science and technology with a passion… doing a chemistry experiment or fixing a computer is my idea of a good time. I spend a great deal of time on the Internet (all your base! ha ha!) and am always reading articles of dubious accuracy on Wikipedia. My nerdy ensemble is completed by a fierce love of science fiction (I am a ringer in Star Trek trivia) as well as interests in just about every other geek stereotype (anime, programming, comic books etc.). I guess I prefer to do what I love (and hopefully love what I do).
This blog is intended as a place for me to share my random thoughts and ideas (and boy are they random). Have a look around, I hope you find something interesting.
